As a third generation restaurateur, Peter has food and fun running through his veins.
In the 1960's Peter basically grew up in Johnny's and the Circlette Restaurants and has never left the industry. In the 1970's Peter was the chef at the Rochester, Brandon and Fair Haven Inns in Vermont and then the Chef and Manager at the Saybrook Fish House here in CT.
Throughout the 80's and 90's Peter continued to perfect his abilities as Chef at several restaurants throughout New England such as Ye Old Tavern, Brannigans, Brittannia Spoon Co., and Seafarer in both Connecticut and Vermont as well as owner of Green Mountain Fish and Produce and manager of the Frank Nastri Restaurant Group.
Peter is now Chef/Owner of Confetti in Plainville CT. and has been since the late 1990's. This venture, with his business partner Stephen, is yet another feather in his cap of a long string of successes. Peter looks forward to creating the perfect memories for you through your next party.
